Can I have cPanel access?

Yes but only on request. Because the platform is fully managed, most admin tasks are faster and safer when we handle them for you. If you still need cPanel access, we’ll enable it and document any guardrails.

Note: changes made directly in cPanel can break performance or security. If we have to repair issues caused by unmanaged changes, we reserve the right to charge time & materials.
