Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Yes, changes usually take effect from the next billing month. Upgrades follow our Scale Upgrade Guarantee (see Tiers & Prices). Downgrades are fine too; we’ll agree the right scope so we continue to deliver meaningful wins at the lower tier.
