How will I be billed and how do I pay?

We bill monthly in arrears through our WooCommerce Subscriptions system:

• Each invoice shows two lines: Base Retainer and Performance Bonus (your tier’s % × net uplift).
• Payments are processed via Stripe (card) or GoCardless (direct debit).
• If GA4 later reports refunds within 30 days that reduce uplift, we true‑up on the next invoice.
• All amounts exclude VAT.

Development & maintenance: tasks are billed hourly at £65 + VAT in 0.5 hour increments, time‑and‑materials. We don’t issue fixed‑price quotes for development; estimates are planning guides only.
