Sub‑processors (tools we use)

We use a short, vetted list of providers to run the platform and analyse performance. Typical sub‑processors include:

• Hosting & infrastructure: Krystal‑managed VPS in Netwise London datacentres.
• CDN & performance: QUIC.cloud for global asset delivery and image optimisation.
• Analytics & dashboards: Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio (and optionally BigQuery).
• User insights: Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar for session replays and heatmaps.
• Billing: Stripe and/or GoCardless via our WooCommerce Subscriptions system.

We’ll provide a current sub‑processor list in your DPA and notify you before material changes.
