Do you charge for debugging and investigation?

Yes. Time spent reproducing issues, reading error logs, compatibility checks and performance tuning is chargeable at the hourly rate. If an issue is a defect in our deliverable within the defect remedy period we will fix it at no charge; otherwise it’s time‑and‑materials.
