• Your ownership: bespoke deliverables we create for your site (e.g., page designs, templates, custom code) become your IP once paid for.
• Our tooling & open‑source: pre‑existing tools, frameworks or open‑source components remain under their original licences/our ownership.
• Portfolio use: we won’t use your name, logo or results publicly without your explicit consent.
