90 Day Performance
Gateway & CRO Audit
Every WooCommerce CRO engagement starts with a 90 day Performance Gateway. We prove a 12% uplift in RPV or conversion rate in GA4, then you choose a fixed monthly tier. If we don’t hit the target, you owe £0.

Step 1
Send Us the Essentials
- Complete the Get Started form with your URL and context.
- Share GA4 and Search Console. If you have it, add Clarity or Hotjar.
- If possible, add WooCommerce Analytics and a temporary read only user.
- More context upfront means sharper recommendations and faster progress.

Step 2
We Run the CRO Audit
- Technical and Speed Review: Core Web Vitals, server tuning and asset optimisation to remove bottlenecks.
- UX Heuristics and Friction Hunt: Checkout flow, trust, mobile usability and clarity, prioritised by GA4 drop offs.
- Behaviour Analysis: Heatmaps and session replays to find friction that numbers miss.
- Opportunity Shortlist: Quick wins and A/B tests mapped to our programme: Speed, UX, Experimentation.

Step 3
Plan & Approval
- We share findings and a 90 day plan with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Once approved, we move you onto our high performance hosting and maintenance setup, where it helps.
- Delivery follows: Speed and Technical → UX Improvements → Controlled Experimentation.
- Checkpoints around Day 30 and Day 60 keep everything transparent.
What's Next...
How Success Is Measured
Performance is tracked in rolling 30 day segments against your baseline RPV and conversion rate. After the gateway, you choose one of our four fixed monthly CRO tiers, with no revenue share.
If The Target Is Met
- Immediate move onto your chosen fixed monthly tier.
- Invoices are fixed. GA4 reporting shows baseline and uplift.
- We keep a clear roadmap and steady test cadence.
- Tier changes are optional and agreed in writing.
- If we hit 12%+ early, invoicing starts for that 30 day window.
If The Target Isn’t Met
- You can walk away with no fees owed, no lock in.
- Or continue on a monthly tier if you want us to keep going.
- Either way, you keep the improvements and our recommendations to date.
What You’ll Need To Get Started
- GA4 access (required) plus Clarity or Hotjar and WooCommerce Analytics if available.
- Website URL and any notes on current priorities or pain points.
- Optional temporary read only site access (can be added later).
