This is the first step every client takes with StrategyFive. We run a 90-day performance programme, prove RPV or conversion uplift in GA4, and only then move you onto a paid plan. It de-risks onboarding, builds trust and makes the decision simple.

Send Us the Essentials

  • Complete the Get Started form with your site URL and basic context; GA4 access is required to qualify.
  • Share data sources: GA4, Google Search Console and, if available, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar (heatmaps, session replays).
  • Optionally add WooCommerce Analytics and a temporary site user for read-only checks (not mandatory at this stage).
  • The more signal we can review upfront, the sharper and faster the audit outcomes.

Step 2

We Run the CRO Audit

  • Technical & Speed Review: Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), server & asset optimisation, and performance tooling (e.g. GTmetrix) to remove bottlenecks.
  • UX Heuristics & Friction Hunt: Checkout flow, trust signals, mobile usability and content clarity prioritised by where users drop off in GA4.
  • Behaviour Analysis: Heatmap/session insights to spot confusion, missed CTAs and navigation pain points that numbers alone can’t show.
  • Opportunity Shortlist: A ranked list of quick wins and A/B test ideas mapped to our three-stage programme: Speed, UX, Experimentation.

Plan, Approval & Kick-Off

  • We present findings and a 90-day action plan with clear hypotheses, metrics and expected impact for each change/test.
  • Once approved, we onboard you to our high-performance hosting & maintenance setup (where appropriate) to speed delivery.
  • Execution runs in order: Speed & TechnicalUX ImprovementsControlled Experimentation with a regular test cadence.
  • Checkpoints at ~Day 30 & ~Day 60 keep you in the loop; results and next steps are transparent and jargon-free.

How Success Is Measured

Performance is tracked in rolling 30-day segments against your baseline RPV. After the gateway, we charge a small percentage of Incremental Revenue, always protected by a hard monthly cap.

If The Target Is Met

  • Immediate transition to your tiered plan; fees stay aligned with value via a base fee plus a % of Incremental Revenue and an all-in cap.
  • Transparent itemised invoice shows baseline RPV, RPV uplift and the Incremental Revenue calculation from GA4.
  • We maintain test velocity and roadmap to compound gains post-proof.
  • Upgrade paths remain protected by fairness clauses (e.g. upgrade guarantee).
  • If we hit ≥12% in any rolling 30 day window during the 90 days, the first invoice covers that window in arrears, then monthly in arrears thereafter.

If The Target Isn’t Met

  • You can walk away with no fees owed, no lock-in.
  • Or continue on the base retainer only while we keep working toward the goal.
  • Post-proof guardrails pause the performance fee if RPV uplift stays below 8% for two consecutive months.
  • Either way, you keep the improvements and our recommendations to date.
