No. The Pilot includes the diagnostic work, focused implementation and a six-week measurement window. The build work is concentrated around the highest-impact fixes that fit the agreed pilot scope.

We target at least 15% revenue-per-visitor uplift against a locked baseline. If the target is missed during the active pilot window and the guarantee conditions are met, we keep working at no extra fee for up to six more weeks until it is hit.

No hard sell. The Pilot can stand alone; it should prove whether a longer engagement makes sense. If the fit is not there, we say so.

Messy tracking is exactly what we check for. If the store is too new, too low-traffic or too unstable to measure a useful result, we will tell you before taking the Pilot on.
