LightningSite will no longer be used. Your current service continues under the StrategyFive name. You do not need to do anything.

Why the change? Over time our work has grown from development and hosting into practical, data led conversion optimisation. StrategyFive brings all of our experience together under one brand so we can keep improving speed, user experience and sales results. Everything you rely on stays under this new brand.

What Stays the Same

Your services carry over in full. Hosting, maintenance, updates, backups, performance work, advice and emergency support continue exactly as they are.
Your price stays the same for the rest of your current contract. We will contact you individually if anything needs to change at renewal.
Same people, same response times. Your usual contacts and SLAs remain in place.
Your contract remains valid. Agreements that mention LightningSite are honoured in full under the StrategyFive trading name. No new paperwork is needed now.
Billing stays straightforward. Invoices and the client portal will show StrategyFive. The underlying company is Nordic Creative Limited.
Privacy and security are unchanged. Our GDPR commitments and access controls remain the same or better.
