Legacy Clients

LightningSite is now StrategyFive. Same team, same care for your site, same legal entity. StrategyFive is a trading name of Nordic Creative Limited (Company No. 07580121, VAT No. 485 7059 50). Your current service continues under the StrategyFive name. You do not need to do anything.

Why the change? StrategyFive is now focused on WooCommerce conversion work. Existing managed hosting & platform clients remain supported, but we are not accepting new hosting-only or platform-only clients.

What Stays the Same

• Your agreed services carry over. Existing hosting, maintenance, updates, backups, performance work, advice & emergency support continue under your current agreement.
• Your price stays the same for the rest of your current contract. We will contact you individually if anything needs to change at renewal.
• Same people, same response times. Your usual contacts & SLAs remain in place.
• Your contract remains valid. Agreements that mention LightningSite are honoured in full under the StrategyFive trading name. No new paperwork is needed now.
• Billing stays straightforward. Invoices & the client portal will show StrategyFive. The underlying company is Nordic Creative Limited.
• Privacy & security are unchanged. Our GDPR commitments & access controls remain the same or better.

Legacy Hosting

Hosting & platform services are now legacy services for existing clients only. StrategyFive is not accepting new hosting-only or platform-only clients. Existing clients will continue to be supported under their current agreement unless & until a renewal, migration, or replacement arrangement is agreed in writing.

If your site is currently hosted with us, we will keep supporting the environment, backups, monitoring, security routines & agreed support channels. If a move to another provider becomes the right option, we will discuss the migration plan with you before anything changes.

What Improves for Existing Clients

• Clearer positioning. StrategyFive now has one public offer: WooCommerce CRO consultancy.
• More focused advice. Existing clients can still ask for development, maintenance & conversion guidance where it fits their agreement.
• Cleaner renewals. Any change to scope, pricing, hosting, or support will be agreed with you in writing.

*All development work is charged at £65ph + VAT in 0.5hr increments, billed monthly. Estimates can be provided before any piece of work on request.

• Official domain. We operate via strategyfive.io. We no longer use nordiccreative.co.uk or lightningsite.io.
• No DNS or site changes. The rebrand does not change your website set up, hosting or DNS.

Your Next Renewal

Before your renewal we will speak one to one. You can keep your current set up on legacy terms, move to a different arrangement, or ask about WooCommerce CRO consultancy if that suits your goals. We will explain everything in plain English and will not change anything without your agreement.

• Can new clients buy hosting from StrategyFive? No. Hosting & platform services are now legacy services for existing clients only.
