Start with the Performance Gateway
The Performance Gateway is our prove then pay model. For up to 90 days, we do the work with no upfront CRO fees.
We agree what success looks like, set a baseline in GA4, then ship improvements on a controlled cadence. If GA4 confirms at least a 12% year on year uplift in revenue per visitor or purchase conversion rate versus the agreed baseline, the Gateway is successful and the paid programme begins. If we do not hit the threshold within the Gateway, you can walk away owing £0 for the proof period.
Important detail. The Gateway is not a guaranteed 90 day free period. If the success threshold is met earlier, invoicing starts for the preceding successful 30 day window, billed in arrears.

- Uplift is checked in rolling 30 day windows during the Performance Gateway.
- Baseline is normally year on year, comparing to the same dates in the prior year to account for seasonality.
- If historical data is missing or unreliable, we agree a pegged baseline in writing before measurement starts.
- We maintain a shared log of key events that affect interpretation, such as tracking gaps, consent changes, major promotions, launches, and incidents.
This approach protects both sides. It makes performance reporting clearer, and clarifies what worked and why.

When do you start A/B testing?
